Pros
The best thing about this company is its product and technology. You will get huge opportunity to know lot of things in your field which are industry leading. Work life balance is very good.
Cons
I have worked at Emerson Network Power India. Here the local management is of very old mentality and has no ability to understand the changes in IT & related industries. They does not know how to promote new technologies in local market. Only focuses its old inherited (from Liebert) brand and products. As a result they cannot motivate new employees as well.
