Pros
It´s a very process oriented company with a good work environment. Welcomes new ideas and encourages employees to participate in continuous improvement projects.
Cons
Some processes, at times, can be too beurocratic. Also the management style of the supervisory staff needs to change -- be open to more communication with the workers.
