They cheat their employees They never pay out the salaries on time Lack of Professionalism by management and some HR They often talk badly about employees abuse them verbally in the hallways and conference rooms. The managers use swear words and inappropriate language on a daily basis. They slam doors and phone receivers loudly, they misrepresent resource plans and goals to customers. They are great at threatening and intimidating both customers, emlpoyees and freelancers. Hence, the employees do not their trust management. The infrastructure is poor. Top-down communication channels are poor as well.
