Pros
I would say the best part about working for Emory is the doctors and patients. Plus the experience, I would say Emory always make your resume' look 10 times better versus any other hospital in Atlanta.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the PAY for Medical Assistants. Some times we feel like Medical Assistants are way under paid for the amount of work we have to do. They expect MA's to do majority of the work while the nurses just sit on their butt and do nothing.
