Benefits, Good Insurance, dental.

Cons

The company has terrible communications. No one talks to each other, patients are often frustrated at no response from doctors, nurses, or even management. HR does not care about employees. PTO is bundled with bereavement, Holidays, sick days, and more. If there are any concerns about your workload or needs, do not expect an answer from HR. Constant miscommunications, passive-aggressive emails, or worse still, no response at all. Look at the facts, frequently changing CEOs and upper management leads to poor company culture and a worse environment to work for.

Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
