No diversity amongst the workplace, upper management does not listen to its employees, no career progression, did I mention that the blacks do all of the work while the Caucasians sit in the offices without even considering the ones who are actually doing the job. The managers have no clue as to the workflow of their employees; yet most of the managers only have high school diplomas, while we have Master degrees. This is the worst company to work for as promotions are only allotted an 8% increase. All the money that is brought in and all we get are hamburgers and nasty baked beans. Managers steal the ideas of their employees and use it as if they thought of it. This company is soooo unorganized, lack training, lack policies and procedures, it’s definitely the worst! Finally, retaliation is serious.
