Great focus on patient care, but focus on employees is not as high. The PTO system isn't great. The number of PTO days earned within a year's time might sound high, but in reality it isn't considering ALL days off (benevolent days, sick days, vacation, etc) are pulled from this bank. Also, there should be a better system for snow days when employees are required to use a PTO day. Because medical staff still have to report to work, employees who could work from home aren't allowed to do so because it was stated that it's not fair since the medical staff still are required to work.
