      Pros

      Community opinion of this organization is very high. Work with great doctors and nice people. It is a large enough organization to move around until you find a good "home". Can take advantage of consumer deals (entertainment, vacation, insurance rates, streaming services etc) that they offer through the organization. Classes are offered.

      Cons

      At times they fall short on identifying talent and promoting those who have a good work ethic. Some of the disorganization can be frustrating. It is a large company and it operates like a large organization.

      Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
