Pros

Future job prospects. Experience. Good Doctors to work for.

Cons

Unreasonable work conditions. You play many roles just to get barely paid for the one you initially accepted. Micro managing management. You pay for holidays with pto. Sick days accrued are non-existent accept on paper. You go on fmla, they force you to use pto. Then go unpaid if longer. Had coworker who had baby and went a month with no Pay due to lack of pto hours. Identity politics at every turn. They definitely play favorites. Refuse to let you work from home after pandemic no matter the reason. But didn't stop management when they feel the need to.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good

Cons

Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
