location, co-workers (the one that want to work) makes it a good place to work - teamwork
Cons
supervisor don't know how to communicate with you. People leave and they won't or take time to fill a position. Over work the workers and then state "if your not happy here you can find another job or they are people in line waiting - when they should be looking to fill what is open.
