Pros

The management and coworkers were wonderful. The pay was ok, and we were given raises regularly.

Cons

I worked at Emory for about a year, and it was the most stressful job I've ever had. I was screamed at by patients on a daily basis. The PTO system was crazy. We were not paid for holidays but WERE FORCED TO USE PTO ON THEM. They made us use it even if we didn't want to, even if we asked not to be paid for the holidays. So, after Thanksgiving and Christmas, almost none was left over to roll into the following year.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good

Cons

Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
