Cons
The agents run the call center. There are no black out days for agents not to be able to take off. Leadership is lack luster. No SOP's , workforce management has no power, and the WFM software is ineffective and out of date. Health benefits are expensive, 401 k doesn't matter unless you have been there a year or longer. And your PTO is allocated to you as if you are a temp customer service representative.
