Pros
Very calm, supportive academic environment, no cutthroat or toxic corporate behavior. Colleagues were intelligent, collaborative, and genuinely normal people to work with. Leadership and faculty were approachable, respectful, and mission-focused. Work culture felt stable. Campus atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, which makes daily work more pleasant
Cons
Parking can be inconvenient depending on which lot you’re assigned, some require a longer walk, other than that no cons come to mind really.
