Pros
- flexible hours that are scheduled around your classes - great circulation team - quiet workspace - in the evenings, often downtime at the desk where you can (unofficially and sneakily) do some work (but don't get caught!) - they covered the cost of hours that I worked beyond my work study allotment, which most work study positions won't do
Cons
- midterm and finals season is MISERABLE because everyone's in the library much more and checking things in and out like mad - the team changes often since most of us are student workers who are graduating at different rates
