Slow to change, old tech stack, little room to grow - Senior Applications Analyst, Senior Software Engineer Emory University Employee Review

There was little room to grow in the department I worked in, so basically need to be mindful of that. Older management, made it harder to change the tech stack we were using too. They were talking about changing tech stacks before I worked there, and it never materialized.
