Pros
Good place for learning and career growth as it is considered a teaching hospital... We had a good team work...
Cons
we use to have 3-4 patients per nurse in the Med-Surg as we are designated MAGNET Hospital but nowadays we are always short staff... 8 nurses down to 5-6 nurses all the time... acuity of patients are very complex, its just exhausting!
