ridiculously underpaid - Scientist Emory University Employee Review

outdated facilities, very few women or POC in leadership roles in my department, pay is an absolute joke, staff are undervalued compared to faculty and students, internal departments (like HR, grants offices, etc) are very slow and often have gaps in coverage that lead to nothing getting done, 6 weeks parental leave is an improvement on the previous leave of 3 weeks, but there is no reason Emory cannot do better on this. Some of the buildings desperately need updating and are not prioritized because they are not patient-facing.
