not a whole lot of positive here. The people that stay here long are part of the old school sales guy mentality that paper and face to face talks sell more than any other efforts made. when you are new, they tell you 'this is a great company to work for- depending on who your manager is..."

Cons

toxic work culture. They brag about how the CEO once got a private airplane with a custom paint job and that when the paint was not perfect he made the painter redo it. This example is used to support their neverending perfectionism despite not having the resources or budget to support such lofty aspirations.

Empire is a male-dominated company that tends to give special treatment and additional perks to men of equal position, such as company vehicles and advancement opportunities. There are double standards in conduct. There are cases of favoritism - the saying, " it's not what you know but who you know, " definitely applies here.
