Pros

The benefits IF you actually manage to make it full time are decent. Decent pay.

Cons

Constant payroll issues, unrealistic expectations, making constant spam calls, the five values the company states are far from exercised, They treat the temps that they employ like dog food, You are forced to lie to people over the phone and frequently put in situations where it's in your power to help someone, but you simply aren't allowed to. Overall it's a company that far from has it's act together. Also if you need overtime, forget about it.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
