Pros

If you are in the staffing industry and like it, then this is the place for you. If you have never worked in staffing before...it's a dog eat dog business. Why is this place good for life'ers in the staffing industry? Little better than average salaries. Better than average benefits. I strong work / family life balance and they mean it. They break the company down into specialty divisions and each division is stronger than the whole. What I mean by that is Employbridge can outperform other general tem agencies by having divisions with specializations. This gives them a badly needed edge.

Cons

Just like any other temp / staffing company. You are only as good as your operations people. Good luck holding onto any account for a long period of time. Competitors are bottom feeders and willing to undercut you so bad that they loose money just to steal business away from you. Their hope is that they can eventually raise their rates back up, but in the mean time we all fight for the same business with razor thin profit margins.

Pros

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
