Pros

Monday - Friday , with some overtime during busy times. Work from home.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to other customer service work from home positions. Want employees to be more robotic. Too much concentration on the amount of time spent on calls and very very picky on quality assurance reviews.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
