Pros
No phone calls, Emails only. Not really a customer service job but is still expected. Will receive experience with excel. This is a great position to learn data entry. Managers never tolerated other associates being rude to you.
Cons
Never consistent. Constantly adding more work to you plate even if you over flowing. Schedule would change randomly. Raises were not substantial. Started at 15 my raise after a year was .3999 while the amount of work tripled if not more. Managers always waited until the last minute to announce changes. Would constantly say great things were coming but it would normally just mean more work. Managers constant micromanaged in anyway they could. Be it auditing the entire team which cause delays and then would proceed to push for faster entry. The managers are never on the same page. One manager will tell you something and then another will tell you something completely different, or you will find out that what the original manager told you was incorrect in the first place.
