Business Outlook
Pros
Fully remote, decent work-life balance (for the most part)
Cons
Hundreds of people were laid off, and they've replaced their C-suite twice in 3 years. The leadership claims to be making a tech transformation, but they're not willing to make the investment and keep cutting corners/outsourcing key roles
Employbridge Response
1y
In response to the ongoing economic challenges and reduced demand for temporary staffing, Employbridge has decided to reduce its permanent workforce. We sincerely appreciate the hard work and commitment of those impacted by this decision. Thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate through this period.
Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs
Cons
So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
