I can't think of any benefits this company has over others.

Cons

I can't think of a job more miserable than the one I had during my time at Empowerly. Long hours and work on weekends. Salary is terrible, and opportunities for raises and promotions are incredibly rare. Leadership is terrible, and treats employees with zero respect.
