Pros

Empowerly has a great environment for counselors. Out of all the counseling companies I've worked for (and I've worked for pretty much all the ones that folks have heard of), Empowerly's technology, culture, support functions, and team is by far the best.

Cons

Probably a better scheduling system. Sometimes the software we use for scheduling is a bit confusing

Paychecks arrived on time, and the software we sold was reliable.

• Sales reps repeatedly submitted incorrect information to prospects, with only brief corrections and no lasting improvement. • Repeated mistakes across the team were ignored instead of properly addressed. • Those in charge failed to track problems or create solutions, allowing the same errors to continue. • No meaningful coaching or correction followed mistakes.
