Co-workers! Co-workers! Co-workers! Wow its really hard to think of anything else. Free coffee is good but it was bad most of the time too!
Cons
High turnover, no trust in employees. Your quality of work means nothing but the quantity of time at your desk does even if your on youtube. Was the most unprofessional professional environment I ever worked in. Verbal abuse and scare tactics from upper management. No sense of business plan at all or focus / changed daily. Getting paid only 1 once a month - convenient for employer not employee.
