Pros

used to have a strong sense of teamwork but now everything is uncertain.

Cons

new management upheaval creates chaos in the field. No comp plans/quotas for 4 months into a new year. We have faltered out of the gate under brand new management. That does not bode well for a successful future.

Pros

The co-workers at Emulex included informed, effective professionals who were friendly and collaborative. Good working conditions.

Cons

Most of what might be considered downsides were just SOP: changes, deadlines, far-flung information, but it kept us busy and productive.
