Good company, now history - Anonymous employee Emulex Employee Review

I saw two instances of sexual harrassment by same lower level manager in Operations Dept. Both incidences were reported to HR dept, then reports were written against the manager, etc. But company failed to take serious action. Result was same manager continued to manage the same employees afterwards. The two employees were both disappointed (and uncomfortable) with Emulex for that policy decision.
