great pay as is the case with most O&G some good colleagues fairly good work life balance

going through maso I've change, and unfortunately she of the leadership steering the ship are egomaniac and ripping the soul out of soul out of some departments. favoritism has been allowed to run rampant, it's not your performance that dictates you staying but how well you can nod your head
