- They have a great comprehensive compensation package (benefits, pension, salary). - There are many training opportunities throughout the year. - There are some great people working there.
Cons
- Company vision is not communicated and translated well down through middle management in a way that translates into aligned goals - The experience and expertise of front-line employees is not utilized well in management decisions - Non-managerial staff are not empowered to improve the workplace; people are not rewarded for showing courage and trying to change things for the better leading to a "good enough" culture
