Integrity, Safety, No Respect - Anonymous employee Enbridge Employee Review

Management is bent on cutting corners and re-writing standards to meet scorecard objectives which increases the likelihood and/or guarantees bonuses. Management is highly aggressive and bullying. They have no Respect for their direct reports and do not have the willingness to recognize and/or Respect mental illness. Instead they tell their reports that they should leave Enbridge, that no one is holding them back. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
