Pros
- Great pay and benefits package; excellent pension options. - Lots of learning opportunities and courses provided.
Cons
- WAY too top heavy; executive team doesn't seem to care about people, and this is only getting worse as the Spectra deal comes closer. - HR does not help with anything when you go to them for assistance, in fact, they asked ME to suggest a solution to the problem I asked for help with. WTH? - Current feeling is one of major stress. Everyone is walking on eggshells, and they have been this way for over 6 months, waiting to see if they will be let go. - Very uptight culture, run by old cronies.
