Pros
Generally forward-thinking and open to new ideas, at least in principle. Comfortable place to work, with lots of formal learning opportunities through the Enbridge University.
Cons
Despite espousing a care for employees, most of it just feels like propaganda - ultimately the bottom line is all that matters. Contractor wages were recently cut, while the board gave themselves a raise.
