Enbridge used to be a great place to work. Now it's not so great anymore. Contractors became expandable, and the compensation (for contractors) sucks! Communication with management has worsened over the past few months, despite the claims that the organizational changes were done to flatten the org hierarchy and improve communication. At this time, there is no prospect of career advancement, as people are being laid off and remaining people are having to do the extra job for the same money (or less - contractors recently received a 10% rate reduction).
