Pros
Good people and large asset base keeping the role interesting. Meeting and exceeding regulations are what make the work of the Integrity team most important!
Cons
Too long of a commute from Conroe to Galleria and changing corporate environment due to the Enbridge/Spectra merger. In order to build the new Enbridge corporate structure, many roles were pushed down without the ability for people to "compete" for those roles or others...in my case I was moved to Sr Specialist from a Management role even though I lead an excellent team, had leadership roles within company and outside committees, and was told I was on a succession plan...blindsided early in the year with the demotion.
