Pros
Compensation is great, company has strong values, great benefits.
Cons
It depends, some managers are incompetent but were able to move around within the organization and eventually get promoted. The ones who suffers are the individual performers. They don't receive leadership advice from their managers, and were penalized for their performances, whereas the fault was really due to both parties. Middle and top management re-shuffles every quarter. Strategy were not followed through as managers have short horizon for their positions. If this was not a monopoly, the company would have been extremely difficult or not even able to survive.
