Pros

Pay is better than most other facilities.

Cons

Very heavy lifting.. You hurt yourself charge nurses get mad when you need to go see a dr. Some of the rns are not pleasant to work and communicate with. The worst of all is the lifting and straining!!!! There is no class that can resolve this problem as it is natural instinct to do anything any means necesarry to stop the patient from falling tp the floor. On top of that very hard to get help without huffing and puffing.

Pros

Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

Cons

Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
