      Let you work as much overtime as you want great bonuses...

      Cons

      Will work you short staffed with 20-30 patients on your own then write you up if you don't do something menial..they always take nurses side over techs so the turnover is excessive.

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
