      the staff was nice and the team work of the staff was nice. I love the mission and vision of the company and loved how we rehabilitated patients and improved their quality of life

      it seemed management didn't care about staff. no help when we were short staffed, they didn't listen to staff's concerns

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
