      Pros

      Lots of overtime if you want it. Great people to work with. Fast paced. Lots to learn in this environment.

      Cons

      Nothing really. My experience there was great. It was challenging at times but i find that a good thing. Makes you learn in a different way apart from textbook.

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
