      Pros

      Vacation time, flexibility “at least at the beginning”,The culture from head-quarters seems like they have it together.

      Cons

      Over promise, under deliver during interview process. “Narrowing of focus” by removing accounts and adding more area managers thus removing the bonus incentive promised to you when hired. Lack of upper management involvement in regions far away from corporate headquarters.

      Pros

      Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.

      Good experience for physical therapy school

      Cons

      Felt disrespected at times and really difficult to accrue PTO. Not a lot of work life balance.
