      Pros

      Emphasis on patient care. Invest in education for employees. Decent pay rate. Flexible hours for PRN employees. Shift bonuses for working when short handed. Free CEU's to all employees.

      Cons

      Little orientation time. Poor training. Often details are not communicated properly, such as weight bearing status and/or precautions. Expect high productivity, two patients every 45 minutes. Little to no time for documentation. Expected to write progress notes and/or discharge summaries even if you never treated the patient.

      Pros

      Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
