There really aren’t any pros to working here.

Cons

Be very working about for ANY Encompass hospital. Very toxic environment, they do not protect the workers from harassment. ZERO work life balance. It’s the most stressful job that you can imagine.

I have worked here my entire career and I have never considered leaving. It is nice to work for a company that values you and rewards you for doing a great job. It's also nice to work for a company that encourages growth.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult to navigate at times.
