Pros

None at all. I dont have anything good to say about this company

Cons

This company is by far the worst company I have worked for in my 8 years working in healthcare. I am appalled by the level of negligence by the management team. We are severely understaffed, there's no line of communication, there is a clear division between RNTs and nurses. Nurses are never there when needed. RNTs basically do EVERYTHING and the nurses just sit there. They'll see you busy and they will tell you about a patient who needs water, something they can do. This job pays their employees extremely unfairly. I'll be honest and also say the patients also dont make it easier sometimes too. They can be rude as hell and expect for someone to be their personal servants. This job makes me sad because I love being a tech but every time I leave here, I wish it burns to the ground,

Very positive rehab team with great leadership support!

Cons

Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.

Pros

Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

Cons

Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
