Pros
Great patient experience. Fun & friendly staff. Great place to gain experience working with diverse clients. Therapy experience isn't always required (which can be a con sometimes).
Cons
Aides are expected to do a lot, must be multitaskers. Low wage for how much is expected out of techs. Techs can be taken advantage of sometimes, especially by the nursing staff. Work is under-appreciated. Shift coverage can be hard to find sometimes. Environment can be toxic sometimes when stress levels are high. Overtime is frowned upon.
