Great introduction to relationship management and client engagement / management to drive sales. OK base salary which is nice because you don't need to expect bonuses to account for most or your yearly earning- given the base is the desire pay range for you. Light travel within your assigned territory.
Cons
a lot of micromanagement and minimal tasks and tracking. Very small bonus structure. Lacking upward growth opportunities. Heavy upper management turnover.

Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop)
Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members
No work/life balance
