      Pros

      Pretty decent benefits package. Self-scheduling available but required to work 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period. Clinical ladder is a good program.

      Cons

      Cafeteria food doesn't have options besides a hot meal and a salad bar. Hot food can be hit or miss. Management takes a long time to implement new plans, people get written up for things they could not control.

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
