keep adding to expectations but dont cut caseloads causing longer hours
lots of newer tasks that dont add value to patient care/outcomes and are time consuming. Outcomes should be a priority.
not compensated adequately for extra hours and weekend expectations
over last few years a lot of "perks" have been cut out. It can feel like employees are not a priority to c suite

Mixed messaging on expectations/standards
Questionable execution of ethical practices
High case loads and no plan of support for staff
Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop)
Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members
No work/life balance
