Pros
It's a good company to learn the basics of Audio-Visual work. There a lots of opportunities for advancement woldwide. Fairly stable even in tough economic times. Also, there are lots of opportunites for training and they seem to promote from within.
Cons
At times there are very long work hours. There seems to be great differences between the satifisfaction of employees between regions, so there isn't a lot of consistency in the actions of senior management. Some of the regions seem to possess state of the art equipment, while other get by with really archaic gear. The freelancers don't get benefits.
