Thank you for your review. We are constantly reevaluating both commercial and personal lines products and rates to ensure we are competitive in the market. Continuous improvement is the goal, and we encourage associates to bring feedback to their managers. We are in the process of launching our Personal Lines Transformation to states across our footprint; this transformation includes brand new products and technology. We have found surveys to be an effective means of soliciting and collecting associate feedback. We take the associate engagement survey seriously; leadership has reviewed the results and will be acting on the results throughout the year.
